We are away with our third and final contestants, Team Tara completing their shopping and planting this morning.
Team Tara took a different direction from the others planting a couple of Strawberries down the front, the first team to plant a fruit 🙂 They also have a couple of rows of snow peas along the back.
Now you might be wondering why they have so much vacant ground, but Team Tara have also planted a secret…
Shh… They have carrot seeds in the ground!
Another sneaky tactic taken by Team Tara. They were also very frugal with their spend, and Team Tara still have $5 in the kitty and a lot of carrot seeds that they can continue to plant all year round! Smart move girls 🙂
So that’s it, all teams are underway in what is shaping up to be a very exciting competition… who’s crop will land first? Will our teams stay interested? Will the plants die as the soil goes dry? Will the snails break in and have a feast?
